You've probably noticed that we're featuring interviews with speakers of the upcoming All Things Open conference happening later this month in Raleigh, NC. It's an awesome event and we're very excited about celebrating the best people and ideas in open source. We have two more weeks of interviews left to help get you amped for the conference!
To make sure that our readers have a chance to join us at All Things Open, we're running a Twitter drawing to give away eight two-day passes to the conference. If you win, you'll get to hang out with the Opensource.com team and join in some amazing open source discussions during the weekend of October 22-23.
Here's how to enter:
- Make sure you are following @opensourceway on Twitter
- Tweet @opensourceway with the first and last name or Twitter handle of the speaker from the conference listed on our interview page whose session you want to attend
- In your tweet, include a link to the All Things Open speaker interviews: http://red.ht/1oF6tur and the hashtag #OSWATO2014
Example: Hi @opensourceway, I want to go to @allthingsopen to see James Pearce @jamespearce speak http://red.ht/1oF6tur #OSWATO2014
We're having two drawings. Four winners will be drawn at random on Friday, October 10, 2014. For this first round, make sure you have your tweets in by October 9, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. EDT to be eligible. The second round of four winners will be selected randomly on Friday, October 17, 2014, and you'll need to have your tweets in by October 16, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. EDT to be eligible.
Please note: travel, accommodations, and other related expenses are not included. Read the official rules for more details.
Good luck. See you on Twitter!
