A few even question whether we need copyrights - even though open source uses them heavily. (Suggesting that "open source types" don't care about copyright shows a head in the sand attitude.) But everyone agrees that trademarks are essential to a free but ordered market (with fair use provisions for parody, reviews, etc).

I agree, immorality from a moralist is the most irritating.
