This is handy, thanks. I have a bash script where these commands will work really well. Kind of like Greg said, if I don't use a command often, I'll forget it fast! I'm also bookmarking this article to reference later. :)

The main reason was so that my family, who uses Mac, Windows, and iOS devices can stream our shared media from a private, centralized server. I needed a solution that worked for all of us. They are also not tech savvy, so I also needed something I could set up that would "just work" for them — that was also open source.
