Will these projects be open source?
The public safety efforts in Indianapolis are well targeted, violence has been terrible in the worst parts of the city. I wonder if they will spend time trying to understand the differences between the non-violent parts of the city and the high-violence areas. Indianapolis has both some of the safest and some of the most dangerous communities to live in the US. The difference between Carmel and Downtown Indy is profound.
