I hope more companies will add culture as an important part of their hiring process. I think it is equally important to hard and soft skills, to also see if someone actually fits into the companies culture, with all of its values. I know for myself I work better, and achieve more, if I do something with passion and purpose. So turning it around, I actually look at a companies culture, when reviewing job opportunities.
