Over the most recent 17 years, Ron had established distributors in the United States and throughout Europe for a Tokyo-headquartered, Japanese hardware cutting tool manufacturer. by Jason Fried, David Heinemeier Hansson. I will check it out. It looks interesting.

Lauri, this topic is very important. I wrote a book review on "Nine Lies About Work", and one of the lies is that people are loyal to companies, but actually they are loyal to teams. If the "glue people" in teams that you mention are successful, not only will they be successful, they will be happy as well.
