If an organization controls 51% of the blockchain, it can rewrite it to say whatever they want. Blockchains don't work unless there are a lot of miners competing to add the next block. A discussion of blockchains without describing the incentive for miners to compete is just another centralized organization. Blockchains alone are not a magic bullet.
