Also point out that when you run:
cp -r -u -v Misc /media/clh/4388-D5FE
The command copy the files from "source" that not exits in "destination", and those that exits, but are different.
For example if you have in source a file named "article.md" that exists in destination.
If you modify the source file, when you run the command, the updated source also will be written in detination.
