The open organization community at Opensource.com is pleased to announce the immediate release of its newest book, The Open Organization Guide to IT Culture Change.
Consisting of more than 25 chapters from writers, practitioners, industry leaders, and notable technologists, the book explains how open principles are reshaping IT organizations today. It also offers practical advice for leaders seeking to catalyze powerful and lasting cultural changes in their IT organizations.
The Guide to IT Culture Change is licensed via a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License, so readers can download and share electronic copies of the book. Paperback copies are available (entirely at cost) from publishing partner Lulu.
Released on the second anniversary of The Open Organization by Jim Whitehurst, The Open Organization Guide to IT Culture Change is the fifth volume in the Open Organization book series. Dozens of people participated in the production of the Guide; writers, designers, copy editors, and proofreaders worked according to the principles of the Open Decision Framework to craft it on GitHub.
