Alana Fialkoff is a passionate poet, stress baker, and storyteller with a B.A. in English Literature and an M.O. in all things language. ✍️ Currently, she works as a UX writer on Red Hat's User Experience Design team, where she helps create new design documentation, empower team voices, and share Red Hat's open source story. When she's not brainstorming UX content or writing thought leadership articles for PatternFly, you can find her practicing yoga, hitting new personal bests on the spin bike, or working on her newest collection of short stories.
