Aleksandra works as a Community Advocate for Stencila, the open source suite of components for reproducible research. Her role focuses on understanding users’ needs to direct Stencila development and supporting open source developer community. Aleksandra has been working in the research software area for over 7 years coordinating training for the Software Sustainability Institute in the UK and then for the New Zealand eScience Infrastructure. Aleksandra is a Software and Data Carpentry certified instructor and has trained other instructors in Europe, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
