I opted to use Clonezilla to make a backup of my Windows 10 installation and deleted the Windows partition after.
Then, on Linux I just restored this backup through Clonezilla again as a VM on Virtualbox.
It's running just fine as a VM on Linux, it kept all the files and applications installed on the original Windows installation and didn't have to purchase another license.
