Following a Master's program in International Politics, I moved to Washington, DC in 2010 and shortly after began working for Saylor Academy. While at Saylor I have transitioned from a part-time research assistant, to a project manager, to my current role as Director of Education. My primary responsibilities at Saylor are to oversee the organization’s development of online courseware, and provide students with affordable options for earning college credit based on their learning through Saylor Academy courses. I have recently re-located to Portland, OR, continuing to function as Saylor's Director of Education in a remote capacity.
I grew up in Wisconsin, completed an undergraduate degree at UNC-Chapel Hill, and earned my graduate degree from a program based in Chapel Hill, Prague, and Bath.
