Nice one Jim. For a really small website, I think that a handcoded HTML/CSS website is actually a lot easier than a CMS or a static site generator. Especially if you have a good open source template to work from :) For the bigger gear you want a bit more automation.
In every area of IT, just about anything that you know how to do is "easy".
Up until you figure it out though, it's impossible :p
