As eLife's Innovation Community Manager, Emmy manages the day-to-day operation of the eLife Innovation Initiative. The mission of this initiative is to drive open-source innovation for open science through developing tools to improve the ways researchers discover, consume, share and evaluate research, and through supporting a community of open-source innovators to develop these tools. Emmy organises the eLife Innovation Sprint and is passionate about science communication as well as open leadership.
