I'm a little confused about what you mean by "remote server", when you seem to be talking about something on your local network.
A confusing sentence: " If it is hard for you not to speak for a while in a meeting, that probably indicates you should be doing it more often."
Either this means, " If it is hard for you not to speak for a while in a meeting, that probably indicates you should be speaking less often."
Or, " If it is hard for you not to speak for a while in a meeting, that probably indicates you should be speaking more often."
