I am a long time UNIX system administrator and open source advocate. In recent years my primary focus as been on Linux & FreeBSD systems administration, networking, telecom, and SAN/storage management. I love building infrastructure, tying systems together, creating processes, and bringing people together in support of their technical efforts.
When I can, I try to contribute back to the open source projects either with patches, or by helping others in technical support forums.

Nonya you can also search around and find one of those *pi or fruit varients that have more ports, ram, and storage options.
Anderson nice little unboxing ... I see you had 1 screen there, did you get to try running the dual hdmi? I'm interested to know how well the pi 4 performs with 2 displays ... probably I should just try that myself!
Nice article, thank you.
The example posted at top demonstrates an overt sense of blame which would naturally lead to less senior people withdrawing to avoid conflict.
What can you say about fears generated around less obvious situations? Fears such as holding up the release, delaying the deadline, being perceived as the team bottleneck? Lack of real customer or stakeholder feedback and fear of trying to provoke something useful can also get in the way of progress.
Thanks!
