Sure! You can definitely use Oauth2 and create an Authorization policy and then essentially have a .policy(youAuthPolicy) in the route. I posted an example using Oauth2 with spring security here:: http://fusetoolbox.blogspot.com/2015/06/camel-spring-security-and-oauth…
