Really good options indeed. That's it, I've stuck with golum because of its simplicity and flexibility. Many of us prefer just to have a cli interface for our documentation; especially if it's technical.
Golum supports mani markup languages; including restructured. It has a web interface to render the results and it's easy to put it in an intranet or private web for other people to use.
The docs reside in a git repository so it's really easy to edit stuff in a federated manner.
