10 steps to innersource in your organization in 2017

As always, an excellent article Jono! I like the maturity model in particular, as it leaves the organization with something to continue the work after the foundations of innersource have been established.

It also makes me think about similarities with the definition of the Open Organization (https://opensource.com/open-organization/resources/open-org-definition).
