I think the combination of file sharing/Libre Office/chat in NextCloud is quite compelling. Another alternative for the job tracking is Redmine, which is also open source. Ultimately, I've found that you have to mock up your most common workflows to see whether a specific software will be a good fit for you. It's often the smallest details (such as having to download text files to see them) that make a big difference!
