Greg - Thank you for the comment on the article! I completely agree that technical terms should be defined in the document where they are first introduced and referenced. The terms that we are adding to the glossary are terms that traditionally have met different things to different parts of the business (for example, customer, account). Many of these terms are not technical terms, but rather business terms. In my experience, it seems that technical terms are often used more consistently.
